Thanks. Downloaded the app. Saw the game was on at 12:00. Guess I'm good to go.

You just made a great investment. I have watched every game this year on my IPad and it is a great feed (except for 1 game early on). Enjoy.

You need to do

yourself a favor and purchase AppleTV so that you can stream it from your iPad to your TV.

Is AppleTV as simple

as buying the little box, hooking it up to a TV input and then you wirelessly stream from the iPad to the AppleTV box? I'm a little confused on the set up, I think.

Bump, I'd like to know this too. Also, where's going to be the least expensive place to get it? What kind of price range is it to purchase?

Just made the purchase...it's pretty sweet. Can already tell it's gonna be well worth the money and perfect for someone who is out of market.

Yes, it's that simple. At $99, AppleTV has to be the best bargain product in all of consumer electronics. Great little device!!!

Yes, it is that simple. I don't think you are going to find an Apple TV box for much less than $100. Apple control's the pricing of their stuff pretty good.

You will need an HDMI input on the back of your tv. Plug in the apple tv, plug it into the tv and let it boot up. Using the controller that comes with the Apple TV and turn on "Airplay". Once that is on you are ready to roll. Start the game on your ipad and an airplay icon(looks like a tv with a triangle in it) will appear, click it and enjoy the game on your HD TV.

It doesn't get much easier. It is absolutely the best $100 I have spent, plus you can stream movies or shows that are in itunes when baseball is not on.

Yes, simple click of button to airplay it. Note: It took me a few days to figure out not to mirror my screen on the TV, but to simply use airplay. I am typing on my Ipad as I watch it on my TV now. I also like that the audio automatically goes through the TV

I leave an HDMI cable in my den and BR TVs and just swap it between the two. A really delightful little device.

Yes, it's

extremely easy to setup. Regarding the price, barring you finding it used on eBay, it will be $100. It's well worth it.

While

it is awesome, it's far from perfect. It took them about 2 years before they finally put the score box. They've yet to figure out the concept of bals/strikes/outs.

I tried that with my iPad 1, and it didn't work with the app. It worked fine with YouTube, but with hailstatetv, i got only audio.

I then went appleTV, and it works great.

Be careful if you by it used and look and see which generation supports airplay. I don't think that some of the earlier ones support it.

i actually have 2 apple tvs in the house and yes you literally just hook it up to tv and plug it in. definitely worth every penny. also will be an easy transition to a real television by Apple which i cant wait for.
