Is it unrealistic to expect a winning season EVERY year?

With the natives getting restless at Auburn and Tennessee, and with such storied programs, should Tuberville and Fulmer be fired this year? These guys have won alot of games year in and year out. Is it fair to call for their heads after a down year? Joe Pa had a down year or two a couple years back, now look at the Nittany Lions.

Just curious to opinions. I do not mention MS State for obvious reasons.

Teams like UT, Auburn, Georgia, Alabama stumble to a 7-5 or 8-4 record. For MSU, that's a banner year, worthy of postcard mailouts and $800k raises. Yes, I think it's unrealistic to expect a winning record. HOWEVER, in the age of the 12 game schedule where a win over a IAA is allowed EVERY year, there is no excuse not to go 6-6. Four OOC wins and 2-6 in the SEC is not a monumental task. Of course when you have a pathetic offense that can't beat down anybody including I-AA opponents, it is a tough climb to reach mediocrity.

my percentage error would have meant 19.83 percent of teams in the country would have been pure ****.
