He is an enigma. Began his career averaging 10 and 4 for Memphis as a freshman. 50% from the field and nearly 40% from 3.
Since then, he had gotten progressively worse every season, bringing his current numbers to 33% from the field, 27% from 3, and 55% from the line. I can’t say I’ve ever seen consistent regression over a 4 year period quite like this

Jans sees them both more than me and I want to trust him, but a big part of me wants to see what Murphy would do with the same minutes DJ gets.
He's good compared to what we have on the team. Which unfortunately, is not good enough to compete in the SEC.
The guy is athletic and has size. He creates mismatches on both sizes of that ball.
