If it comes out that he’s been dead for a month and they’re running out the clock to avoid a special election… is anyone going to jail? What laws would have been broken?
The longer this goes without a video, the more I’m leaning towards him being dead. This whole thing is just mind-blowing.

Lol. I’ve made it clear numerous times - probably about 10 times in this thread - that I simply don’t know if Mitch is alive or not and I don’t know whether to trust that the photo is authentic.
But the actual words I write and the actual opinions I express have never once stopped you from assigning me an alternate viewpoint.
A. What makes you think we're dancing on his grave?
B. There's a lot to suggest that Mitch is either dead or incompetent. If he is alive and functional, he certainly has both the means and the incentive to refute the speculation. The longer this goes with crickets from Mitch, the more suspicion grows.

If he truly is alive and healthy, he should get his *** back to work. If I’m a Kentuckian, I’m pissed either way. This is ridiculous.

I’m not saying he is dead for sure, but there is a lot of smoke here. Personally I lean towards incapacitated but alive.
However, when and if Mitch does die shortly after the August 3 deadline there had better be some type of state charges these people have violated, because you damn well know Trump will pardon any federal crimes.

Beshear needs to step up here. Tell Mitch he needs to show proof of life in a video or press conference or he’s moving forward with the special election.

I don’t think so. I read the KY GOP legislature changed the law in 2024 so that he couldn't. I could be wrong though.
I believe they changed it to him having to pick a Republican, but, that gives him the chance to nominate someone who will be a disruptor, or won't rubber stamp appointments.
