I don't follow recruiting closely during this time of the year, so does anyone know what is being said about this?

Us, NC State, and South Florida are the names I see the most. He'd be a nice addition IMO.

From what I have heard ...

He was one of the QBs offered two years ago and choose PSU.

Then last year, he had the chance to leave and enroll at any school without sitting out a year and again choose PSU.

Now, he will have to sit a year if he comes to State. He has already passed up two chances. Don't think State would offer again.

He doesn't have to sit out a year. And if Sandberg goes high in the draft, you better believe we'd offer him. We wouldn't be in a position to be picky.

My bad ...

Bench can transfer to another Football Bowl Subdivision program without having to sit out a year because of the transfer policies the NCAA granted to all Penn State players after imposing sanctions on the program in July.

We won't know about Cord in time. Bench will be looking to enroll in a few weeks, we won't know about Cord for months.
