It will be on TV-where hasn't been decided yet. It will be either ABC, ESPN or ESPN2.
Because BTN exists, a Nebraska game will never be worse than a BTN alt channel. The lone possible exception being a non-con road game that is subject to the other team's TV contract, not NU's.
Even if Nebraska and Illinois were a combined 0-7, the game would still be on TV. That's the luxury of the Big Ten TV contract.
ESPN or ESPN2.
Wisconsin @Michigan will be national on ABC.
North Carolina @Florida State will be ESPN
Illinois @ Nebraska likely draws the Deuce
There are two other Big Ten games that time, but I think they go to BTN:

btn does not allow that. in the contract with espn that they are not allowed to put b10 game on just espn3. every game will be on abc, espn, espn2, espnu, or btn.
