I just caught the tail end of it and didn't realize it was their receiver. I assumed it was the normal guy with 9 int's.

That was an interception the second he released it. Threw it sky high with 3 Bama defenders and one OM receiver.

Guys, I know I cought some grief on this board a year or so ago when I said the only reason Snead transferred from UT was the fact he was going to moved to saftey. He may improve over the rest of the year, but he is a poor decison maker, and its costing OM right now. He is just like the rest of the QB's to come through OM, average.

to over-hype a QB.

I think we are also seeing why Snead put up ridiculous numbers in their scrimmages. Their secondary blows.

He'll throw one ball that looks nice and then he'll throw 2 that are awful.

Mississippi has beaten Fla on the road this year
Mississippi is 5th in the conference in Pass Offense
Snead is 4th in Pass Efficiency
Snead is 3rd in the SEC in Passing
Saban, who is one of college football's best defensive coaches, has had 2 weeks to scout and prepare for them

If Snead sux, then there are a whole lot of QB's in the conference that suck because they rate below his ***

Nutt would let him occasionally throw the ball on 3rd down. Instead, they never do. It's either a draw or the "Wild Rebel".

have you been paying any attention?

The guy has 9 TDs and 10 Ints this year. And just from watching him, its clear he's average right now. His own coach doesn't even trust him.

And what has he done today that has shown Saban wasn't ready for him?

that the play works? Coming into the game the Wild Rebel averaged over 10 yards per game. Should you stop running it after it doesn't work once or twice? It is mind boggling to see someone on a Mississippi State University web site speak negatively of anyone elses quarterback ever. It's just historically ignorant.

we pass criticism around pretty thick over here on our OWN effing team. to say that we can't talk bad about an OM or any other team's quarterback is much worse than historically ignorant.

but he is without a doubt one of the best in the SEC...and feeling sorry for him and Mississippi is pretty stupid...but i've come to expect that alot around here

that's not that good if you are running the play more than twice a game

if I had a supposedly good QB standing on the sidelines with his thumb up his *** on 3rd down, and my supposedly great coach would rather let a WR throw it on 3rd and long.

Just sayin.

And why, because we've never had a good QB in our history, does that preclude me from saying your QB sucks?

Seriously, it's a lot easier if you don't let losing get to you.

Which isn't saying a lot about the SEC.

so um has run the play one time in every game???

Edit to add: perhaps you initially meant to say coming into this game the wild rebel has averaged 10 yards per play
