I have been wondering if bears are as good as they look? They seem to have handled all opponents who all rated higher than the opponents we have played.

UM has the best QB in the SEC, a stable of RBs, an All-American WR and LT, and several others on offense who could compete for All-SEC honors. They also have three or four future first round picks on defense (according to Booger McFarland), the best D-Line in the SEC, two All-SEC LBs in Nkemdiche and Bryant, and the best safety tandem in America.
Frankly, with that talent- how can UM NOT win the conference and make the playoff?
Im picking up some sarcasm and believe me I don't buy they are going to win the west or the SEC ( obviously not possible without winning the west) but i think we would all be putting on our maroon blindfolds if we say this is not a good rebel team and quite possibly the best all around rebel team they have fielded in a very long time.

ULL and Boise are both better than any team MSU has played so far. Boise is 2-1 with wins over Colorado and a decent UCONN team while USM is the worst team in the country and UAB is not far behind coming off of a 2-10 season. The stats back this up as well.Rankings are ********. OM is ranked #10 right now and they've played teams that aren't any better than who we've played, collectively. Maybe worse. Ole Miss is a media darling in spite of themselves. It's not an easy thing to understand, but it's the truth. Espn should start calling them Univ. of the Grove-at Oxford.

I think Ole Miss's team is good this year, but they're still undersized on Defense and paper thin at several places, most importantly the offensive line. With the way the SEC is set up this year, UM is good enough that they can probably beat anybody, but they can also lose to just about anybody they have left in the SEC. Arkansas, LSU, and MSU should be tough matchups for them style wise. A&M and Auburn are better matchups for them, but they're also probably better teams, so matching up with them stylewise might not be enough. Bama is to them what LSU is to us, so they won't beat them. I don't think they will, but they could go winless against the West. More likely, they'll go somewhere around 3-3 or 2-4, and that will be a pretty decent year for them.
Given that it was last season, I think most people probably should ignore it.Ignore the USA win over ull at the end of last season

Ole Miss also beat LSU last season, you think that matters now?
