I heard there is a bill being proposed to allow more mobility between schools, or that it was part of a school voucher/school choice bill. Don't know if it will have much support, but these are two related items that may be moving separately through the bill process this year. (admittedly I haven't followed it as closely this year, so if they have already been killed, feel free to mock me).
Bless your heart***

The best part of this is these kids can stuff the cash in a jar and transfer immediately to the next bidder, because you cannot sue a 17 year-old.

Too young to enter a legally binding contract.

The joke’s on those dumb enough to pay.
Which is why an adult parent or guardian must sign the contract

Once again MS is behind the times. Several states have allowed this for a few years.

Depends on where you fall on this subject, many think that MS is on the right side of this currently. My mom used to say "if you see someone jump off of a bridge, are you gonna jump too?" I for one think its a pandora's box, but what do I know, I'm from the "get off of my lawn" generation.

When are the casinos going to get involved? I'm sure those parents making money off little Jimmy want to "let that money ride" on their schools games!

I wasn't aware there was an amateurism requirement in High School. If some kid was making money doing TikTok or Youtube videos more power to them. The corruption is not on the player. The corruption is on the people that want to get the player. The only corruption that can happen on the player's side is if they are shaving points or throwing games.

That's after the casinos get involved.
