Had a neighbor whose friend was doing Tamales and offered to do a dozen for us. We were out all day so I said sure because I didn’t have time to cook. This is why I don’t eat non Delta/Vicksburg tamales. These things were like they were cooked by a JA or other NEPJ PTO mom. Clearly someone who thinks mayo is spicy. I had to douse them with Cholula to make them edible. Never again.
