I follow a couple of players on twitter and I have noticed that they have shown their disgust with ole miss and their traditions. I wonder if there is a grass roots effort by the athletes to show how ole miss is a factory for racist bigots. Word of the video seems to be spreading like wildfire, some of the re-tweets are from players that are still in high school.
It looks like the players have seen the "Tradition" video.

It shows how insulated the players really are if they are just now hearing about it. This video has nothing to do with the adminstration or coaches but I wonder how it will effect our players. I wonder if they would show that to recruits they host and if the recruits would even care. The video is what it is, a rebuttal that got dirty with them. The difference to me is they thought the stupid pastor mullen stuff would hurt us but I have to believe this really could hurt them in recruiting. I am not arguing the historical accuracy or truthfulness of the video because that doesnt even matter in the context I speak of. Im talking about the perception.
