And it's not the fact that it's defense heavy because it isn't always. It just seems like we haven't played at the intensity of the LSU-UGA or the UM-UA game in a very long time. Based on what I've seen today of those teams versus what I've seen of our team this year, I'm getting the vibe that we just won't play any of these teams close this year. I'm not calling it quits as a fan, but I'm just saying that it seems like we don't have the fire that any of these teams have.
It really seems like these other SEC teams play a different game from us

It does, but on the other hand, my complaints might just be due to being 2-2 and not playing this week.

For the first time in a while..
there's REALLY good QB play in the SEC.. the last few years we've seen LSU with a great defense but no QB.. I don't know what happened at the last part of the season last year but Mettenberger started looking like a different guy and this year he looks like Dan Marino Jr. Murray has continued to improve. McCarron is steady if not spectacular. Johnny Football is Johnny Football. Wallace has his moments.
