We are almost getting ready to meet to start planning the session where we will devise a plan to begin to implement a stratagem where we will commit to developing a program designed to create a framework that will put into place the infrastructure that will allow us to coordinate the first steps wherein we will create the culture that will encourage an increase in program viability that will potentially assist in greater communication with targeted assets that will aid us in hammering out a laser-focused rebuilding plan. You'll see results in a few weeks.
Twelve years since the last Final Four. We are in year 15 of Huggy. I have come to the conclusion that if Huggy has not fixed it yet, it will NEVER be fixed.
I go back and forth every season, partially because we are still way more successful in MBB then FB since entering the Big12, and without Huggins I think men's basketball would be in line with the football program's success. I get really frustrated, then I remember at least we are usually a top 30 team if not top 20, and I'm not willing to give up that consistency unless we are able to get an experienced, tested hire. Kinda doubt that happens here.
Way better in men's basketball and football since joining Big 12? What alternative universe do you live in...or are you about 17 years old and think wvu sports started when you hit middle school?
How is he wrong? How has the FB team outdone the BB team in the Big XII? Sure WVU never won, but it has at least played for 3 Big 12 titles in BB since joining the league. That alone puts the BB team in a better place than the FB team.

55-41 for three seasons coming into this year. Rounding off that's an average of 18-14 per year and a losing record in conference. Definition of wvu athletic mediocrity.
