for us this year in the 3 major sports and it appears we could get swept by OM. We get our *** beat down in football. We lose on our home court in basketball and it will take a yeoman's chore to win in the frog pond in oxfart. Cohen appears to be our only hope, and we will be awful young this season. Damn, its shaping up like a domination season for them. Sorta how the cycle goes, but when your struggling, it sucks to be down. But, the future is brighter in Football and baseball, its just a matter of time before we are a place others will dread to come too or play. Patience, patience is in store for the immediate future I guess.

I will be completely shocked if Cohen gets swept in any series this year. Don't give up on Stans, he's won at their place before too. Kennedy did a great job yesterday coaching. Stans needs to start Bailey and Johnson against them next time, and tell them to make every foul hurt, and make the sob's work in the paint.

Yea, our team is still young, and you really never know what you're going to get, so in no way would I chalk up any game for us the rest of the way, especially the MSU game in Oxford. I'll be really curious to see how Stans responds, because it's obvious that Kennedy had the better gameplan yesterday. I'm sure we'll use a similar gameplan the next time around, so I'll be curious to see what Stans does to counter it.

You took 31 three pointers. That's usually not a good thing. You started out hot from 3 and took a quick lead. We stuck with the gameplan, and when you cooled off, we came back and won.

...the Egg Bowl took place in 2008, not 2009.

So far we have only one loss to OM in 2009 (the basketball loss).

That means, in 2009, we have to play OM in basketball 1 more time (maybe more); play OM in baseball 4 more times (maybe more); and play them in football. So that's 6 times we get to play OM again in 2009 (maybe more depending how the basketball & baseball conference tournaments shake out).

So I think I will wait a couple of more months before I joy Fry & Bender in the suicide booth.

you oversensitive piece of ****.

Now, that would be talking ****. Saying I think AK out-game planned Stans yesterday is not talking ****. It's stating what I think happened. Stans never made the right adjustments when the shots quit dropping. Will he make the right adjustments the next time, and will he have a better gameplan? I'm curious to see that.

That depends on how you classify a year. Do you classify it by school year or by calendar year when you're talking sports? If you're in school, you probably look at things in term of what school year you're in not the calendar year.

..calendar year.

That would mean MSU would be 0-2 vs. OM for the "school year" instead of 0-1 for the "calendar year."

That still leaves a minimum of 1 more basketball game to play & a minimum of 4 more baseball games to play.

Which means there are at least 5 more times MSU will play OM in something before the end of this school year.

Which also means I'm still not ready to join Fry & Bender in the suicide booth.
