It's time for Gautreau to earn his paycheck.

The rebuild next year won’t be as bad as we think after all.. neither can hit or even look competitive now. Stevens can do a lot more than either of DJ or Hines. It’s time to sit one of them for sure. DJ doesn’t even look in to the game, he is just pouting and swinging. It’s actually sad to watch.. he is miserable

Our hitting sucks and Cheese's catchers suck. Both those guys need to figure **** out. Then Lemonis and his stupid lineups and dumbass reviews are like sprinkles on top of the pile of crap. Thank God for Parker and Hujsak.

Possibility that Stevens is playing on the West Coast next year.

Wow.. DJ would be up with the game on the line.
Don’t worry, I’ll tell you exactly what would happen.
First pitch slider or sinker in the dirt, and he’d wave at it bc he’s so in his own head he can’t lay off.
*huge deep breath, extremely worried look*
Second pitch fastball right down the dick and he’d take it because he’s now 100% looking off speed after getting fooled on strike 1.
*another giant breath, holy 17 look, pound chest*
Third pitch he’d chase 97mph at the chest, immediately drop head to the ground and slink back to the dugout.

Well the good thing for all you "woe is me" fair weather Bulldog fans.... is he wont be on the team next year. He's getting first round money shortly and will finally be taught the art of hitting in the minors, instead of letting him "athletically" figure it out. We will get to use the NIL money some other way next year.

We are going to have to hire a hitting coach. Besides not being able to develop hitters, we are going to look like Coleman Hutzler flailing around in the portal.

2 runs seems insurmountable at this point. This feels like watching a State football game this past fall

It does, mainly because it seems like every half decent batter in our lineup is immediately followed by a guy that doesn’t have a prayer at the plate. Gautreau has done an abysmal job this year

Telling me how much money he is going to make as a professional does not really help right now. Thank you anyway.
