I've seen posts on here stating that Ole Miss

doesn't care about the egg, don't want the in state recruits, don't view state as a rival....<div>
</div><div>********.</div><div>
</div><div>We will be there saturday night, ready for battle as I'm sure state will. Our team wants it bad. Our coach wants it bad. Our fans want it bad. I think this will be a very hard fought battle for the egg, and I hope it is played without injury on either side. May the best team win.</div><div>
</div><div>Enough of this nonsense that somehow, it really doesn't matter to us.</div>

That's great. I hope your pansy team brings it.

The problem is, Ole Mississippi fans started this **** last year. I even heard a local Jackson afternoon sports talk host read a text Friday from a UM fan saying that all MSU fans care about is the Egg Bowl while UM worries about Cotton Bowls. Well NO ****, you were playing for one last year, we were playing for our last game just like your team will be this season.

I hope you do bring it and it is a good game. The problem is, if MSU wins it will be the same ol **** from your fellow fans. The excuses will flow once again, until the Mackey for Heisman campaign goes into full swing come March.

The Hotty Toddy Hotline. They seem to think that OM could care less. Of course, according to my close source on yalls team, Nutt has been obsessed with this game for a while and his attitude toward the eggbowl has hit a fever pitch this week (as it should).

which is ours this year, this game is the big game of the year. Frankly, it's never been for a conference title but it's always for ownership of the state for 365 days. And that's a big prize when all of us know thousands more fans of the other school than any other school we play. We grew up with them, we work with them, hell, we're related to them.<div>
</div><div>Anyone who says it's not a big deal is a liar. No matter what the records are.</div>

I really hope you enjoy this game as much as I enjoyed the one last years. Thanks for describing the egg bowl to us novice football fans now go back to the spirit and talk about baseball.

I'm aware of that. The point of my original post is that those Ole Miss fans are full of ****. Of course it matters.

one them all female, hippie, neo-feminist colleges up north, or did they really put that pic on the school's website? They are trying to break the image of "redshirting Ms. Americas" (which is lame), aren't they?
