Jake is leading that team in BA. Over .340. Maybe this is the year he finally gets the call up
Jake’s gotten a highlight per game since his return.
I don’t know why the Rays haven’t given him Arozarena’s spot.

You'd be surprised how much talent STAYS and eventually DIES in the minor leagues.
You'd think that real talent cannot be denied its opportunity, but agents, owners, and a very deliberate system do it every 17n year to dozens of quality ball players.

gotta be the best of the best. And some of the so called best do very well in AAA ball but cant do it at the MLB level.
plus as stated, there is cost to adding a player to their 40 man roster. Why add an extra cost if there is someone already there doing a similar job.
