The Miami Rivals site says Al Golden has been offered the Penn State position. Not sure, if they're trolling or not though.

I doubt the trolling. Golden was mentioned as a probable candidate during their bowl game.

Golden or Franklin and I choose Franklin. Golden is highly overrated IMO

I don't think Franklin is a big enough name to satisfy the Texas ego. I can see Franklin going to Miami if Golden takes the Sandusky U job

I'd take Franklin over Strong.

At UT you have to juggle being a football coach and hobnobbing with the political atmosphere of Austin and the boosters plus handle the media. Strong already can't handle Louisville reporters, they'd eat him alive in Austin.
