We have to replace some guys on both sides of the ball, more so on the defense. If guys step up and fill those positions, we should make a deep run.

Glad to hear JK is reloading and not rebuilding. SWO will be rebuilding again this year, I believe five years in a row now... SMH

What are you speaking? A team lose all their game changers and have to rebuild. I can tell you never been a part of a team sport. Rebuilding is definitely not a mindset lol

I agree, rebuilding at the high school level is definitely something that happens, simply not sugar coating and saying the talent isn’t there shouldn’t be frowned upon when it’s the truth. However what project q says can also be right. Sometimes the rebuilding isn’t just the players, it can be the coaching as well. Look at James kenan, had the best season in over 10 years and it’s no secret it was due to coaching staff changes (OC, DC) the 24-25 roster wasn’t much different than their 23-24 other than some o linemen, yet the teams had very different seasons as far as output and the major changes between the two seasons was seen in the coaching staff rather than the players themselves.

I'm not throwing punches. truly.
I'm saying a senior player and parent at any sport doesn't want to hear its a rebuilding season. They want a coach who believes. Expect the unexpected. Winning mentality. If a coach speaks about rebuilding or walks around defeated that's what the kids will see and follow suite.

Also your assuming. Been coaching over 30 years and continue to coach.

Swo jv was pretty good, and I think that those players believe in that coach. I really think Swo will win 6 or 7 games this season. That last game of the season against Clinton should be a good one.
