i dont keep up with it like i used to but i know alot of you do.
my question is.. why has he dropped into the 30s in alot of rankings?
every time ive seen him against high comp he is every bit as good as anyone.
seems odd.
but it dont matter i am stoked to get him to uk. just curious

I didn’t know he did, strange. 18 on Rivals but Acaden Lewis jumped to 20th.

I hadn’t noticed that the rankings had came out. What service has him in the 30’s?

I still think Jasper is on level of tyty and Cason Wallace, and a starter level player in sec

I know they don't, but the op just wanted to know why he fell in rankings. Was he hurt, ineffective, or just the Kentucky effect?

Also remember bronny james ranked higher than dilly in some rankings

Ote can not measure anything actually

Rob was inefficient in ote, 3pt shooting was poor and finally was highly effective scorer in UK

oh me too i love jasper. i just thought it was odd. and he may not have slipped in all of them like i said i dont keep up with it much anymore

i went back and pulled up rankings. he is listed anywhere between 17 and 25.
but i swear i seen him listed at 33 the other day. might have been on a podcast or something.

still to low imo

Johnson fits what Coach Pope wants. Rankings among top high school players are a crap shoot. When they move up to college competition, that’s when the rankings pan out or not.

1.) Not every recruiting class is created equal.
2.) It also depends as to where they are ranked.
3.) It also depends who is coaching them.
4.) With NIL, it's more likely that those top tier guys will stay.

If the guy can hoop, who cares. Those players don't share the same culture nor are they from the same generation as a large portion of the fanbase, myself included.
