Duke loses and he instantly blames the refs saying that Barrett drew contact but did not get a call. I can't stand him.
It's amazing that his employer doesn't see it as a conflict of interest.Bilas shouldn't be calling Duke games, in my opinion. His bias comes out when he does, and it's not a good look. It's hard not to cheer for your alma mater, so that's why I say he shouldn't be calling their games.

I think you're right about Bilas. It's human nature. He was considered the absolute best for many years, and he got there because he was honest and unbiased. But it's human nature to allow that to go to your head. And then it becomes an ego issue when anyone disagrees with you. And now instead of defending the truth, you're defending yourself. It is a cautionary tale for us all. I still see good from Bilas here and there. His takes are usually pretty good. But he's allowed the ego and the ESPN "politics" to negatively affect him.Jay Bias used to do a decent job. Then he went the “know it all” route and got annoying. His ACC bias is off the charts.
Did J Will shat himself?Duke loses and he instantly blames the refs saying that Barrett drew contact but did not get a call. I can't stand him.

The bottom line is he curbed his thoughts early on but shows no reserve now about his duke perversion.I think you're right about Bilas. It's human nature. Bilas shouldn't be allowed to call any game. That's like making Barak Obama a presidential debate moderator.[/QUOTE
QUOTE OF THE MONTH!!!
It says something, doesnt it?It's amazing that his employer doesn't see it as a conflict of interest.
We should start calling them DSPN.
And with all of the ESPN love along with the national media attention, it's no wonder that Duke is getting all of the top recruits. Additionally, Coach K sure has gotten a lot of mileage from coaching the USA team.I think you're right about Bilas. It's human nature. Ah, that one is better (and more accurate.) Well done!more like BSPN....
Just a typical dukie crying, heck if the zags had not choked at the line duke would not even had a chanceDuke loses and he instantly blames the refs saying that Barrett drew contact but did not get a call. I can't stand him.
You given Obama way to much credit. Good speaker not a great debaterBilas shouldn't be allowed to call any game. That's like making Barak Obama a presidential debate moderator.
Barrett dives in to create contact. Good for the refs. Barrett looking for refs to help him.Duke loses and he instantly blames the refs saying that Barrett drew contact but did not get a call. I can't stand him.

Dude Obama wiped the floor with Romney in those debates. He's Damn good at debating. He constantly set Mitt up and then humiliated him. It's one of the reasons I voted for him.You given Obama way to much credit. Good speaker not a great debater
And they are paying perks we’d never get away with! And with all of the ESPN love along with the national media attention, it's no wonder that Duke is getting all of the top recruits. Additionally, Coach K sure has gotten a lot of mileage from coaching the USA team.
That would be great as long as he doesn’t win the titleIt's just a rumor but some believe K will retire after this season. That's the reason the Duke people, along with ESPN, are pumping K's program so hard. Guess we will see how it plays out.
Plain and simple! John McCain would’ve been the 44 th President and the reason many other Republicans like myself voted for Obama!Dude Obama wiped the floor with Romney in those debates. He's Damn good at debating. He constantly set Mitt up and then humiliated him. It's one of the reasons I voted for him.
To be fair, I don't remember the McCain vs Obama debates but I was 100% ready to vote for McCain, until Sarah Palin.
I lost all respect for Bilas when he defended those cheating SOB's at UNCHEAT !! I just can't watch when he does a game anymore. To be honest after the NCAA let UNCHEAT walk, I haven't looked at collage basketball in the same way.Duke loses and he instantly blames the refs saying that Barrett drew contact but did not get a call. I can't stand him.
To be honest I was just commenting on how biased Bilas is. It would be like letting Obama run a debate. To be non partisan you can say the same thing if Rush Limbaugh were the moderator. Completely one sidedYou given Obama way to much credit. Good speaker not a great debater
Well, debating is not a good reason to vote for somebody, it was along 8 years. And they are paying perks we’d never get away with!
I’d venture to say his employer encourages it. Espn has always shown a preference to ACC teamsIt's amazing that his employer doesn't see it as a conflict of interest.
