LMAO, I thought you were done? You are so easy to bait.
I am criticizing your grammar and spelling because you are calling others stupid, ignorant and so on, while demonstrating lower level elementary spelling and grammar mistakes in the process. That just weakens any point you make. You can't take anything you say with any credibility. You also say you aren't proofreading your post, yet you pointed out the grammatical errors in a previous post, even saying you made 1. When in fact you made at least 8, and 6 in the paragraph where you said 1. One and 8 or six are completely different, and spell check would not auto-correct to that. So either you aren't aware of how to write, or can't count very high. Either way, don't get all butt-hurt when someone you have called stupid and ignorant calls you out for it. Just own up to it and move on. Normally, I could honestly not care less about grammar or spelling, but when you are going to resort to the juvenile level of name calling because you can't articulate yourself well enough to make a valid point, I will point it. Sorry you weren't able figure that out without an explanation.
Where did I argue that murder was illegal? It's not really an argument when it's fact. You've even admitted it as such. I don't think you understand your analogy literally made no sense. You are equating the two and they aren't even close to the same thing. One is protected and completely legal, the other is not. A company wouldn't be the ones taking legal action if someone is murdered, that would be the police and the government. I think you are just throwing stuff out and hoping sticks.
What legal consequences is she facing? They aren't suing her, they aren't locking her up. They aren't taking away her right to speak. I have stated numerous times that I support their rights as well. They can do whatever they see fit, but regardless of what they do, it's not legal or possible for anyone to limit her speech and opinion on the matter. Just like I can't limit you from making grammatical errors with each post, I can point them out, but you are free to keep making them. That's called freedom. You can kill someone, but as a result you will lose your freedom. It's apples and oranges really.
A companies handbook has no bearing on legality. That's the rules and guidelines within the company. They get challenged and ruled against in court all the time. A company can fire you, but they can't take away any of your rights. They can just limit your ability to work for them. How are you not able to differentiate between the two?
