You'e literally too stupid to understand I am using things you say and adding them to other hypotheticals and making you argue against your own points. No, I don' waste time proofreading an internet forum post. Keep on keeping on. You won' get replys anymore from me. You can't fix stupid.. And I won't fix the errors above, honey.
Haha, if you say so, buddy. You should really consider a device your limited capabilities will allow you to operate successfully.

You should stick to arguments your limited brain function will allow you to comprehend.

Let me help you.. You started this argument by saying people had free speech in the workplace BUT might suffer consequences.

I specifically used murder because I knew you would argue that it was illegal. That is how you argued against your original point. A company handbook (I know they probably don't have those for cutting mommies grass) is their laws and regulations. Get it now, genius,? If not, being arrested for murder is a metaphor for being punished by your employer. YOU DON'T HAVE FREE SPEECH PROTECTIONS IN THE WORK PLACE.

And again, consistently talking about typos as your main talking point shows your argument is weak.

when I mentioned MSNBC, I was implying I think she is thinking the long game here.

Jemele Hill believes she could be a better Rachel Maddow than Rachel Maddow and I'm sure MSNBC would love to add a strong , experienced woman of color to the lineup who has a following that isn't concerned with what she says but the reaction of the people who oppose her. There is serious money waiting for her at MSNBC. She just needs to make one more move for sympathy at the expense of ESPN to get the payoff.

Getting canned from ESPN for "Being strong enough to express her moral indignation despite knowing there would be backlash" sure would make a smooth transition to her next gig, wouldn't it?

LMAO, I thought you were done? You are so easy to bait.

I am criticizing your grammar and spelling because you are calling others stupid, ignorant and so on, while demonstrating lower level elementary spelling and grammar mistakes in the process. That just weakens any point you make. You can't take anything you say with any credibility. You also say you aren't proofreading your post, yet you pointed out the grammatical errors in a previous post, even saying you made 1. When in fact you made at least 8, and 6 in the paragraph where you said 1. One and 8 or six are completely different, and spell check would not auto-correct to that. So either you aren't aware of how to write, or can't count very high. Either way, don't get all butt-hurt when someone you have called stupid and ignorant calls you out for it. Just own up to it and move on. Normally, I could honestly not care less about grammar or spelling, but when you are going to resort to the juvenile level of name calling because you can't articulate yourself well enough to make a valid point, I will point it. Sorry you weren't able figure that out without an explanation.

Where did I argue that murder was illegal? It's not really an argument when it's fact. You've even admitted it as such. I don't think you understand your analogy literally made no sense. You are equating the two and they aren't even close to the same thing. One is protected and completely legal, the other is not. A company wouldn't be the ones taking legal action if someone is murdered, that would be the police and the government. I think you are just throwing stuff out and hoping sticks.

What legal consequences is she facing? They aren't suing her, they aren't locking her up. They aren't taking away her right to speak. I have stated numerous times that I support their rights as well. They can do whatever they see fit, but regardless of what they do, it's not legal or possible for anyone to limit her speech and opinion on the matter. Just like I can't limit you from making grammatical errors with each post, I can point them out, but you are free to keep making them. That's called freedom. You can kill someone, but as a result you will lose your freedom. It's apples and oranges really.

A companies handbook has no bearing on legality. That's the rules and guidelines within the company. They get challenged and ruled against in court all the time. A company can fire you, but they can't take away any of your rights. They can just limit your ability to work for them. How are you not able to differentiate between the two?

Read first two sentences and youre weakening your arguments to the point of not reading anything besides the first sentence

Yes, writing In instead of on is all elementary level mistake in your world. Couldn't be the precidta text. In your world, mistakes like that are due to intelligence.

Maybe, focus on finally finding your user name and not typos.

Where did I say spelling or grammar mistakes occurring was due to intelligence? You seem to just be making stuff up now to fit your narrative. Of course they occur all the time because of auto-correct. I'm not really familiar with what this "precidta text" thing is. Is that a new app or something? I'm just posting all of yours because you have the audacity to call someone else dumb, ignorant and so forth, all while you have literally made an error in every post. Do you not think that's pretty juvenile? If you want to act juvenile, I'll treat you as such.

At a certain point you can't keep blaming the device. However, as I stated earlier, if it is the device giving you this much trouble, maybe try one that is more user friendly to your needs and abilities. Although, you did point out that you made only one grammatical/spelling error in a previous post, when in fact there were at least 8. That's not really auto-correct or your "precidta text", that's just on you.

Finding my username? I wasn't sure I lost it or was looking for it.

Now, back to the actual topic. You might want to look into freedom of speech in the workplace, because the US Supreme Court ruled a lot of things are protected by the first amendment right in the workplace. However, they use proper grammar and spelling in those briefs and readings, so it may throw you off a bit.

I love that you stated you were done replying two post ago, but here we still are. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
