As stated in the article, with no precedent, I see very little chance than any appeal for change in assigned class status to be upheld. The only possible way I believe the appealing school could be successful is if the school can prove that their ADM number is incorrect.

The appeals by the various NOVA schools concerning regional assignment is likewise not likely to be upheld. I understand that by approving these appeals it would cause a major imbalance in regional numbers?

Obviously Rockbridge and Liberty had a convincing argument for changing Regions. Does anyone know what that argument was?
