I don't get it. NOBODY in BCS power conferences hires assistants anymore unless they are promoted from within. Dooley has no connections to our program at all. He was mediocre at best at East Carolina. Im sure he is a good recruiter, but who couldn't be at Kansas where you pump out 1st round picks every year.
