Blatantly ignoring recent Supreme Court rulings, Boston Obama Judge Indira Talwani pretends Congress doesn’t have the power of the purse anymore.

She actually ruled it’s unconstitutional for Congress to stop sending money to Planned Parenthood.

And she doesn’t even have the power to decide this.

The Court of Federal Claims—not an activist district court—is where aggrieved federal contractors must go.

The Supreme Court must use the emergency docket to end this Democrat judicial sabotage of American voters.

Not only of the Executive Branch.

She explicitly said she was not blocking immigration enforcement so DeSantis is threading the needle by saying Operations are ongoing when she didn't even stop immigration enforcement.

these days it seems as if everything republicans do is either unconstitutional or a threat to democracy. But somehow, the democracy continues and appeals courts overturn the "unconstitutional" decisions of lesser court judges.

But, in this instance, I think you're right. Our elected officials should not decide to ignore judicial decisions. We have a process, might be cumbersome but it's worked for 250 years so it likely will work for 1 more.

Now in a little bit of different direction, some lower courts seem to have taken a tack of defying previous supreme court rulings. This was called out by Justice Gorsuch recently, and seems to be happening more frequently. If there's a threat to democracy, this might be it.

Chinese, California Obama-Appointed Judge Edward Chen, who just struck down President Trump’s decision to end TPS for Venezuelan and Haitian illegals, has a family foundation called Rose T.Y. Chen Charitable Foundation, now part of the San Francisco Foundation, a radical pro-immigration, pro-open borders, and anti-Trump 501(c)(3) nonprofit.


Today, Judge Edward Chen BLOCKED the Trump administration from ending temporary protected status (TPS) for 1.1 MILLION illegal Venezuelans and Haitian INVADERS.


Judge Chen failed to disclose his massive conflict of interest. Not only was Judge Chen nominated by Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein, whose driver turned out to be a literal CCP Chinese spy, but his wife Janet Lee Chen currently advises a foundation established by his mother that supports illegal aliens and open borders.


Chen, the first Chinese American Article III judge in the court’s 150-year history, comes from an extremely affluent family from communist China. Chen owns a large real estate company called Chen Properties LLC in San Francisco while also serving as a judge. His wife, Janet Lee Chen, a San Francisco socialite, engages in radical leftist causes, including advising the Rose T.Y. Chen Charitable Foundation, now part of the San Francisco Foundation, a radical pro-immigration, anti-Trump 501(c)(3) nonprofit.


This radical leftist judge should have recused himself from this case due to his and his wife’s close ties to a radical pro-immigrant, anti-American and openly anti-Trump nonprofit. 1. A federal judge seems not to know that federal troops come from many different states. They are, again, federal troops on a federal protective mission.
2. Using the phrase “political retribution” to describe defending the lives and safety of ICE officers from domestic terrorism is utterly appalling.
