I will admit that I am starting to lean that way and right now just at a loss for words. I do have two questions that I would like a answer for.

1. My main questions is why hasn't the other schools names been released ? Not that it makes it any better that Galloway accepted the info. But those other schools should be sharing the heat also.

2. Where exactly where the papers found at in PJCS since I have heard they were on the visitors bench, a booth and a couple other places. If they were in a place a WF staff member shouldn't have been then that opens up the issue of what was the WF staff member looking for in the first place.
None of that really matters bc this wasn't just a matter of a play sheet handed over on Gameday. Galloway received a call during the week, took the info to the defensive staff and they were able to install it/use it for game prep...hell, they likely used it during walk thrus.

This didn't even have to be an issue. First, Galloway could've confronted his buddy, told him to get lost and get help. Nope.

Second, Grantham could've said wth are you bringing to this defensive meeting and you said you got it from where? Gtfo with that and lets alert Wake. Nah

Third, Petrino could've manned up, said guys this is BS. I'll do right for once and contact their head coach and tell him he's got a mole. Hell, I don't like reporters getting too close to my practices...not a chance.

Finally, After all those blown chances, UL could've fired Galloway and BP and Jurich could've made a statement owning up to their actions and let it be known it was unacceptable. Would've been a non issue and all UL would've had to do is hire a recruiter. Hahahaha, yeah nothing reasonable for that bunch.

This single scandal isn't too terrible, but the accumulation of stuff magnifies it. UL could've had a PR win here, but honestly they and their fans do not care.

WAY too much common sense and integrity for the Floyd Street gangsters!

Actually the question you should ask is how Jurich makes that delusional statement to the press that he is now getting roasted for by the national media.

[roll]UL athletics are a national joke. When I didn't think that ghetto trash could step lower in the cesspool of cheating and bogus rationalization, the tards jump in head first. UL is an embarrassment to the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Wildcard will be here to defend it shortly.

His neckbrace had nothing to do with a motorcycle. Her old man beat the living **** out of that philandering red headed bastard. Just another example of the scumbag entitlement that is the University of Louisville. They have already been outed as a school that will go to any lengths to win and try to keep up with Big Brother. The administration at that school should demand the immediate resignation of this assistant coach, the conference should sanction the school and the NCAA should chalk it up as another point when considering the penalties as this is obviously a school with absolutely no institutional control, no integrity, no morals, and is constantly proving the point in just about every sport. Some of you guys jumped on others when talking about the 2 thugs that got shot over the weekend. Just another example of the shitfest that permeates that scumbag town.

This is sooooo true. But it looks like the corruption at that cess pool called a school is finally starting to spiral out of control. They are criminal from the top all the way down and they may finally get nailed to the wall. I'd love to see Jurich exposed as the scum bag he truly is.

I'm sure the Louisville Cardinal Journal is hard at work on an in-depth, Pulitzer Prize-winning investigation on this very topic as I type this...
I wish... The next Pulitzer Prize-winner will come from the Internet that Al (over heated) Gore invented... Just thought of something.. Al couldn't take credit for the Internet, so he made a billion creating global warming... Al set the world of fire with his new discovery...

I want to be the next guy that invents dinosaurs and men from Mars... Those toys at Christmas time are money in your pocket.. Just ask Al, the mad scientist...

Guys, I just don't understand how any of you could think that Jurich would lie, or do anything under handed. If he or Bobby knew any of the plays that WF was going to run, they would advise the DC to not run a defense that would stop it. They would tell the DC, "Please just don't hear what were telling you. We want to be morally correct, and above reproach."
Now, you can never convince most of us "Old Coggers" that Bobby Petrino would ever do anything unethical. I find it hard to believe anyone would even think anything like that. Pat Forde, Harley Davidson, Arthur Blank and many others have tried to tarnish his reputation, but Tommy Turtleneck has seen right through them, thank Heavens.
Sypher and McGee, and the Louisville Madam and others have tried to do the same thing to Honest Rick, but again, True and Tried Tommy saw right through them. When are people going to quit trying to frame these fine Gentlemen. The NCAA sees right through what all these people are trying to do to Bobby and Ricky. Just ask Tried and True Tommy.

OLD STOLL FIELD GUY!

I know that was written in satire but man, you would have made a great Transfer U fan, you pretty well nailed it.

Yeah, all he would have had to do is hire another recruiter--------and has the NCAA sanctions against hurtt been lifted yet?

It sounds like jurich and BP got their wires crossed and BP got hung out to dry.

Stand by.

I posted this on HOB so I'll share it here for what it's worth;

Since our beloved state legislature required UK to play UL every year-why don't they do something constructive besides give themselves a pat on the back and require UL to cleanup their act and no State Schools will play them until the job is completed.

Jurich has done a lot of good for UofL since he has been there but I didn't really care for the statement he made.

And he's allowed a ton of crap to go on and accepted unethical and illegal behavior at every turn and done nothing about it. He, more than anyone, is responsible for the total disregard of rules at UofL.

Al Gore, dinosaurs and Mars are a strange combo in a thread about Louisville athletics corruption. BTW, Gore is actually correct about the warming of the earth. The earth has gotten much warmer since scientists have been taking recordings over 100 years ago. The increased temperatures, droughts and melting polar ice are measurable facts. Where he may or may not be correct is the cause (man made or natural occurance). That is the only debatable part.

Sure, you've had a thermometer in the ground... Anyway, you're right, don't have any place here... Don't get me talking about a debate on Al Gores beliefs...

Mixing basketball with politics and confusing weather for climate are not as much fun as bashing the cesspool known as Louisville athletics. BTW, I am actually a big fan of global warming. I got to wear my UK bball shorts at Thanksgiving and Christmas last year! Didnt turn on my furnace until December this year.

I believe this is the credible version of that story and is what I heard from people who are closer to the story. It explains why she was unscathed and not at the scene.

Wake didn't run the "special plays" because they discovered copies of the plays at the stadium the day before the game.

I can't believe Jurich made that statement.
Some schools are cheat schools. UL is a cheat school. UL has lived dangerously too many times, and they got caught. Jurich's statement is obviously spin. As a professional consultant, I see Jurich's statement as a pre-emptive public position statement. UL must have a significant potential liability of some kind, or else Jurich would be silent at this point. I would guess Jurich has received an inquiry from a significant media source, or else a letter of inquiry from Wake Forest, ACC, or NCAA counsel. This stuff was easier to get away with in CUSA.

Jurich: "Yes, we received stolen plays but they were not used"
The public: "LOLOL, yeah sure, thief"

is akin to...

Defendant: "Yes, I received stolen stereo equipment but never listened to it".
Judge: "LOLOL, yeah sure, thief"

I just am so disappointed in everyone talking about this and ruining that poor school's preparation and enjoyment of the bowl they may not have gotten to without cheating.

There is something seriously wrong with this world when we hold the people responsible for an issue accountable over the people that discuss it later. I'm sickened I tell you!

Bob Valvano is slamming Jurich over this today. He compared him to Elvis sitting in his underwear eating peanut butter and banana sandwiches shooting out televisions with a bunch of yes-men and scared media people pretending that is normal. He confirmed that Jurich attempts to control the local media by way of intimidation. I am actually worried for Valvano.
