You seem to be a respectful UL poster so I'll just say this. Tom Jurich 'Athletic Director' actually HAS made a lot of progress since being at UL. But Tom Jurich 'The Human Being' is as slimy and dirty as they come. He's a total 100% piece of crap and it would be a great day to see him exposed as the crooked fraud he really is.

Since you are a Transfer U fan you should be an expert on what it means, you witness it every day. Also probably have a prime example looking back at you every time you pass a mirror.
When I said I didn't care for Jurich statement it wasn't because he told the truth and said they received the info. My issue with his statement is at the end he made it seem like no big deal.
This is one of the very few issues I have had with Jurich since he has been at Louisville. You can say what you want about the man and I know you will. However since he got to Louisville in 1997 every sports facility has been rebuilt or had extensive renovations done. Every sport has improved as far as play on the field or court. Baseball been to the College World Series a couple times, Men's Soccer has been National runner-up, Women's Basketball two Final Fours and one Championship game. Those things didn't happen before Jurich because like UK's leadership back then the only thing that mattered was Men's Basketball. The man has been there 20 years in 2017 over the course of those years I have disagreed with very little of what he has done but like every other person he isn't perfect but a lot better than the AD before him.
Just about every college program has had a time when it looked like it was a win no matter what the cost and that includes UK. I understand Louisville's is more recent but don't act like UK hasn't had their issues in the past.
Some on here are saying that Hooker gate is Pitino's second scandal since he has been at Louisville. That is wrong because it is his first because Karen Sypher was a case of a man that cheated on his wife with a nut case who is in Prison for extortion. Some on here call him an abortionist and while I personally don't agree with abortion it is still a legal act. So if what money he did give her was for an abortion which it is a he said she said thing he didn't do anything illegal. Now keep in mind I have already said on here a couple of times that I personally don't really care for the man.
I can't believe anyone would send their child to play sports for that program. Adulterers, abortionists, hookers, cheaters, high crime locale, academic accreditation issues, Katina Powell, Karen Sypher, Andre McGee, Clint Hurt, board of trustees chaos, Yum Center financial crisis, two turn tables and a microphone. It is a heaping helping of cow dung.
And in true little brother style your school was fixated on outdoing your big brother in every way by upping any cheating ante astronomically with hookers providing services to minors and their fathers.
Let's repeat that last bit: your program provided hookers to young, impressionable people and actually validated, and contributed to, obviously unhealthy relationships with their fathers or guardians.
I know you card fans are all about 'Everyone does it' and it's no big deal to see strippers but, as others here have said, imagine that it's your kid for a moment. Regardless of religious beliefs I think most sane people would agree that most of the worlds problems trace back to how people were raised and what they were taught to be right or wrong. As a state university, not a boys club or strip club, it is your school's responsibility (or is it mandated by accepting state and federal funds?) to provide a safe and effective learning environment for students.
So don't act like a few $100 handshakes equate to the specific act of one of, if not more of, your assistant coaches basically running a brothel for four years in an on campus dorm. If you have any information on anything UK, or basically any school bar UNC***, doing anything remotely as bad, I'd like to hear it cause I'm not aware of anything.
The fact that it's even taken you guys this long to bat an eye at what's going on down there, much less start doubting the company line fed by Turtleneck and his two narcissists, is a poor reflection on every one of you. When you include the administrative and embezzlement issues in with the athletic departments sins it really boggles my mind that only now are a few card fans are finally standing up.
You and a couple others on here are the only ones I've seen and yet you still are trying to deflect and justify. Guess it's down to fanatacism and circling the wagons.
