Tight ends / special teams coordinator Mark Elder ($220,000), running backs coach Jay Graham ($260,000), offensive line coach Don Mahoney ($350,000), defensive backs coach Willie Martinez ($280,000), defensive backs coach Tommy Thigpen ($345,000), defensive line coach Steve Stripling ($380,000), head strength coach Dave Lawson ($175,000).


So before being too critical of any of our coaches, consider that this is another challenge that Mullen is confronted with.

So to compare, their DB Coach makes $20,000 less than our DC, more than our OC, and everyone else.
