Just in from the game. Some observations:

That damn run in the first half that put Cincy up by 20 did us in. And as usual, it seemed like our defense stepping it up was the only thing that kept us in the game. I'm not sure what good subbing so many people out at a time hockey-line style did us.
Even with their pep band and cheerleaders there, the "home" crowd was dead in the half-filled arena. The Louisville fans were way rowdier than the Cincy fans.
The loudest the Cinci fans got all night was when they announced Kennedy as head coach.
The Louisville fans behind me had some decent hate with: "nice suit, I bet it sure beats that orange one from last night"
And we had more fans there than I thought we would.
And I got to see a cantankerous old guy get into a fight with the people in front of him that had the nerve to stand up and cheer. At a basketball game of all places.
