Sly has done a better job of beating the bushes and finding talent. Dan has these guys playing hard and we do a pretty good job in the pentality dept, but we're just not really good, SEC good. The shine is off his bloom and its time to begin earning a little more of that fat paycheck.

We haven't won on national tv against a good team, and we can't ever put together a consistently solid game from all 3 parts. To me that's all coaching and preparation. We need to upgrade our staff, and we need to get younger, but more experienced at the same time. If we are ever going to become a legit contender, we can't hire people like Mirando. Plain and simple. </p>

Im not sure I have a seen a better DL all season. He has been dominate. He can play both DE and DT. I think he is a first rounder if he comes out early.
