Just took a gander at Ole Miss's schedule for next year...

Looks like 7-4 for the Bears heading into the Egg Bowl. Losses to Bama, A&M, LSU & Auburn. MSU comes in at 8-3 with losses to LSU, Bama and either A&M or Auburn. Egg Bowl is a tossup with Bears a slight favorite since the home team rarely loses.

Two replies to the same message. Sorry but I'm not your type.

I think 8-4.

I think that's pretty realistic. I would say 5 is your floor. I think UM and MSU are in the same boat in that there's really only 2 or at most 3 games we 'should' lose and then several toss ups mixed in with some patsies. But we know it probably won't work out like that because somebody in the SEC will end up being much better than expected. Could be UT this year. And both teams are probably an offensive line injury or two away from struggling to get to 5 or 6.

Vandy's going to be terrible this fall. 0-8 in the SEC wouldn't surprise me at all.

That Mississippi team lost to a I-AA school. I hope you're right, but I just don't see Vandy winning that game unless Wallace gets hurt.

What was wrong with the 08 version?

Fact is -- it doesn't much matter how good or bad either team is -- Vandy gives them hell every time they play. At least, they have almost every year for the past decade plus in much the same way that Ole Miss gives LSU hell...

Agreed. They will absolutely suck. They're headed for a 3 or 4 win season; OM wins by 10 in Nashville.

Default loss at LSU? A worse team than we beat last year? We do a decent job of winning in Baton Rouge.

God, its fun to watch you at work... you spin inside of your own spin. "auburn would be favored but is winnable" is SO different from "we will beat Auburn"..... You say you will lose 3 to "Vandy, LSU, Auburn, A&M, Tenneseee, and MSU" yet you give your reasons for why you will beat each of these teams.

Did I see Stephen Rivers was tranferring to Vandy and not having to sit out because he graduates from LSU in May? Not that it matters, but he may help with the QB loss some.

I see 2-10. The façade is falling apart. The millions of dollars a small college like Ole Miss has spent just trying to keep up with Big-time programs like Alabama, Auburn, Mississippi State, LSU, Florida, etc. is ALL FOR NAUGHT. They're morally, spiritually, and genetically inferior.

Yeah if Tunsil or Wallace goes down, there's no floor for the Ole Miss season. If both go down we might not beat Presbyterian.

Here is your logic flaw. You assume that you beat an LSU team last year that played at or near their highest level.

What's fair is fair, and you certainly won the game, but we can both likely agree that LSU played very poorly and would have likely won the game easily had they played at or near their highest level.

You are correct that LSU will not be as talented this year, but what if they, who are still more talented than you, play well?

The Egg Bowl included, teams play bad sometimes, but that's what makes college football so awesome. However you can't assume that the team that played poorly last year will suck two years in a row when their talent says otherwise.

Seriously? Hell, TSUN CAN win the west.... They are one of only 7 teams possible

I can't help it that you don't know the difference between can and will. Prayers sent.

You got caught spouting ********. You broke down your schedule and said you only found 2 losses. The rest you listed as win or teams you aren't scared of.... This ain't rocket science, darling

Based on your logic, I should assume you're picking Ole Miss to destroy MSU in 2014, right?
