And how is your approach going to fix things or help the situation?
Here's a clue - it won't.
Will it hurt?
Maybe, especially if enough of us do what you suggest.
We have enough people (and opposing coaches, and opposing fans, and disbelieving neighbors and friend and families members) pointing out all of our warts.
And you want to add to that list of people.
(Yes, I will use the word "CLUELESS" again.)
You can privately talk to your friends; you can contact our administration if you want to voice your opinion, IF you seriously want to change something about our program.
But IMO, you should not simply add to the bitchfest and post for all the world (recruits, parents, general public, opposing fans) to see why we don't measure up and why great players should not come here.
I am not saying stick your head in the sand.
Of course we have our shortcomings, like all schools do.
But whining on a message board is NOT going to help our situation 1 iota, and again, IMO, it will only add to the doubt a player or his family might have in coming to play for Rutgers.
A lot of it is public perception.
Do we want to help our public perception, or do we want your spouse to post on Facebook that "you aren't worthy and he/she should leave you for someone else?"
Seriously, you can't understand what I am saying here?
You are trying to win an argument and want to be factually correct instead of wanting and doing what is better for the school that you supposedly "root" for.
Maybe you want to appear unbiased, or objectice.
Guess what
Blitz you are such a loser with a loser's mentally. You are what is wrong with NJ's perception from outside the state.
Wow, dude. You really suck. I mean, a lot!!!!
Why even root for Rutgers with **** like that?
The problem is that you're making the assumption that Walker not coming here has something to do with RU - and then using that assumption to support your impression that recruits like Walker won't come here because RU.
Except that the reason he isn't coming has nothing to do with Rutgers.
So you're utilizing a falsehood to support a fallacy.
Hope you are not an alumnus, Blitz. If you are, though, what went wrong for you?
Because some things are better left unsaid, like putting down your own school in order to make a point. No need for that, on our own site. It's not that hard to figure out.

FANS ARE (and should be by the very nature of their name) biased and unobjective.
