The same people taking victory laps over wolf and Simpson were the same people taking victory laps over Paul when he was younger. You never learn. A few decent games and you pretend these guys are great just to **** on them once they prove they’re not.

Isn't this the second time now you have made a post about the history of the board when you just joined? Unless this is a new handle and you've been on the boards under a new name you have no idea what you're talking about

Not sure why. Aren’t we now 3-0 in post Mag games where we didn’t jump out to an early 7+ first half lead and winless in all the other games where we played well early and tanked? Early leads have been the kiss of death for us lately for some reason.

I learned over 40 years ago from my good friends Cheech and Chong that if it looks like dog$hit and smells like dog$hit don’t taste it. I haven’t been on a game day thread for either sport since the old exit109 board. Dog$hit!

Our fans are great. We all go through emotional highs and lows with the team (some with bigger swings than others), but we all are thrilled with this win.

I wouldn't trade our fans for any other fanbase.

It is the trolls that suck.

No dude. Rutgers fans worshipped Paul the last 3 years and defended everything he did. Now they don’t even want him coming back next year. Same people now calling wolf and stud after one 5 good minute stretch. It’s laughable.

Maybe some but if you were actually on the boards you would know that there have been people bashing Paul his entire career. The sames ones bashing him with his recent poor play

He said Wolf hasn't shown anything to say he can be productive let alone a difference maker and that he expects him to be recruited over... like a day or so ago

He’s simply working with what he has. Saying he can’t coach offense because a team with one above average shooter isn’t efficient is a dumb argument. If we struggle offensively with 5 stars then we can’t talk.

Well to be fair Pike has had the best dribble drive PG on the bench and buried in the corner for spot of 3’s all season long. Not an offensive mind. He’s a ball dominant iso point guard. Against PSU was forced to let him be on the ball and Simpson shined. Then PIKE decides not to play him that way and loses to MINN and NW. Finally gives him a start because had no choice and the kid shows out again. He might be 3 stars but he is the best we have and PIKE would not play him. Shows lack of judgement and coaching impacting effieciency on offense. So that’s on PIKE. So confused about the argument.

Amazing that some posters who just joined the board 1-2 months ago seem to know so much about board posting trends about a player from 3+ years ago.

Ps... I stayed away from this forum for the last couple regular season games because the trolls are starting to take over and it was actually a bit freeing to just watch the game today without going in with such uber negative vibes. Hopefully and eventually the trolls are weeded out as many of us likely would prefer this place not turn into the old NJ.com forums that were so trolly I think they eventually had to be eliminated.

It’s not the complaint that is the issue. Saying “Cliff sucks”, “Pike sucks”, “**** this team”, “this game is over” 3 minutes into the game is ridiculous. This board is intolerable at times. I’m in STL so far from a fan base. But tuning in to these game threads sucks. Looking for fellow fans. Just find negative tards.

I'm about 8,000 more miles away from Piscataway and I'm usually watching games in the wee hours of the morning. Do what I do. Don't go to the game threads and just watch the games. Join in the discussion post game. A good way to keep your sanity.
