From reading on tigerdroppings, LSU's NIL isn't near where most think it is and with the portal, being the only program in a talent rich state isn't near the advantage it once was.

LSU is my “second favorite team” because I grew up an LSU fan. I became a State fan after moving to MS, but still pull for LSU.

I know a LSU fan who claims to know one of the LSU decision makers. Claims that they reached out to some coach last week and struck a deal. Claims that they already have a deal in place for 8 million a year. Seems low in today’s market and definitely ain’t Kiffin if true.
Hard to believe they'd have a deal done before tamu. They win that and things look a lot differently for the time being
