SF didn't "let him go." They offered a contract, it just wasn't what Buffalo offered.

But I agree that they probably regret only offering him 1 year, even though I think he has a better shot at meaningful PT in Buffalo even with Hunter being out.

If they can figure out what to do with James, that backfield will be sick. Hate it for Hunter, but that definitely makes the Hyde pick look much better today. His 2014 workload probably just doubled

Lattimore is going to be a deep sleeper in fantasy football. He may end up being the starter in SF and will probably be available in the 10th round of most league.
