I think his name is Enoch Sanders. He's been in Jackson since I lived there, and is always trying to stir up something. Stokes could very well win if he runs for Mayor. NE Jackson is probably the only part of Jackson that he won't carry. Similar to the Lumumba-Lee race last time.
