Yeah 41% is terrible. Nevermind our high paid guys & 5 stars who shoot it worse.
He is being poorly coached, as pretty much all our players never seem to improve.
I made a comment on another thread that there are 10 first and second year coaches doing better than Pope and I was challenged. There might not be ten but we are watching one of them right now. This Vandy coach is embarrassing Pope.

Even if by some miracle UK were to win this, this is not what should be happening at UK. The sample size is large enough. Pope is not the guy.
Is it me, but the UK assistant coaches look much more verbal and engaged with Pope during game? It almost like they are mentoring him in game and in may instances look like they are disagreeing with him.
The fact he is even on the staff is malfeasance.
