Arkansas: Offensively run them over. We will need to find a ground game and punish them. Defense does not have to be spactacular, but they cannot let him sit back there with no pressure.

OM: Pass first offense that sets up the run. OM will prioritize by stopping our running game and hope they can do what other's have. Force us into a long passing game which we dont have the receivers for. We are going to have to have 3rd and less than 6 in order to be successful against them. Defensively we will need to do what we should have done with aTm. That is contain Wallace to the pocket and not let him get outside to throw.

Somehow, I think we win these two in spite of our uninspired play in 2 of the last 3 games.

Keeping om out of a bowl and going to one that isnt in Nashville, Memphis, or Birmingham will make for a decent off season.

We're about to play teams that, in Mullenz mind, we are about on par with in terms of talent. So, he "should" have a better attitude about our chances to compete and have the team ready to play. I expect our guys to be ready to play now that we're in games that Mullenz believes we can win.

We need to play good pass D against Pig. They have a play making ability in the passing game.

Against the Bears, we just need to do what we do.

kinda tounge in cheek response here shmuley, but do you think the gripe on mullen is....

That the team doesnt play well against teams of greater talent because of something he does differently preparing out team against them (as opposed to teams of equal or lesser talent).

I feel like we dont 'scheme' well. But maybe it's just poor effort too. I will say this. Playing a string of teams BELOW you in talent is 17ing piss poor preparation for playing 3 teams in a row with more.

Arkansas is really struggling at LT. We need to exploit the hell out of it. Both the Hogs and the Bears have secondaries that leave a lot to be desired. Tyler should be in a position to have a 300 yard day against either of them. But I agree about the ground game, I would really like to see Griffin and Robinson get a l lot of work. Griffin runs with violence.
