It's been a week and I haven't heard anything yet. If it was a done deal and that's what he really wanted, would have been announced already.
You said it 4 year 14 million. Nothing to negotiate. Ole miss gives them the most they can, they know better offers will be there. Kiffen signs it or he doesn't. Indiana was done in less than a week.
If you are Oklahoma with a so-called historic tradition, how do you have simpleton like Brent Venables as your head coach?
He’s not signing anything until the playoffs are over for Ole Miss. Florida will have to hire a coach before that.
If he was ever going to leave, this would be the year. Just look at the jobs that are either open or likely to be open.
Blue Bloods: Florida (open), Florida State (likely), Penn State (open), LSU (likely), Oklahoma (possible but not likely)
Others: Upig (open), Auburn (possible), Oklahoma State (open), UNC (possible), UCLA (open), Wisconsin (possible), Kentucky (possible)
Now, some of those Kiffin would laugh at but there's some good jobs available.
