Which front 7 are you running that has a lot to do with who wins
Though match up for KM in this one. They haven't exactly been good against the run this year so far. And it's at Catholic. It will be a close,, competitive game but I think Catholic will come away with a 7-10 point win. Let KM hang around though and you never know. Go Mounties! Take that good front 7! 
If KM can get the ball to those 2 big WR they got a great shot if they can’t it’s gonna be a long night
The YOUNG MOUNTIES are a little BEAT up but they will SHOW up at CATHOLIC and play HARD.

King's Mountain has put some points on the board but has given up points too. Catholic took one from a tough Charlotte Christian team. Took one on the chin against Providence Day but was able to control the ball in spots. Totally outmanned in that one but so is almost every other team in the state. Also did OK against Rabin Gap (who beat Providence Day twice last year) in a preseason scrimmage. Catholic far more battle tested but this has the potential to be a track meet with each team's strengths/weaknesses and how they match up. I see the over/under as probably 50-55 points and a squeaker either way. Should be entertaining for fans, a nightmare for the coaches. Glad this one is at home.
How many years in a row are they going to be young?!?!
We are banged up some but our kids are excited to play this game. We are coming to compete. Love these type of games on the schedule.

Good game Charlotte Catholic was just better in the trenches might see them again in a couple months. Congrats on the win
Interesting game. Major contrast in styles. Catholic wanted to play in a phone booth with their wing T and Kings Mountain wanted to play in space with their speed and athleticism. Catholic controlled the ball and the game for the most part as they probably had a 2-1 advantage in possession time, but Mounties kept it close as Catholic was never quite able to put it away. I predicted an over under of 50-55 points. Both teams probably left 2 scores on the field with dropped passes that should have been touchdowns. The refs had a bad night with questionable calls going both ways. They also let a situation almost get almost out of hand at the end of the game but fortunately cooler heads prevailed. These two might see each other again in the playoffs.

Sounded like a good game. At one time Catholic won in 7 OTs over KM and now only a TD. Maybe they can keep it going with both teams playing each other from year to year.
Catholic will play a return game in Kings Mtn next season. I also believe these two teams could meet again in the playoffs later this year.
I don’t think Catholic would beat KM again in playoffs..KM gonna get experienced during this last half of the season and be a dang good ball club
Maybe. Both teams will get better. Both have a high ceiling. Both can make a lot of noise in 6A. Catholic's feature back is just a sophomore and he is still just learning. Rule of thumb is you never want to play a good team a 2nd time if you won the first game. If they have to meet again, hopefully it will be another home game for Catholic. They don't lose many at Keffer Stadium.
