Nope had 2 go out of town, knew it was gonna b a dumpster fire because of our game issues there last yr vs west meck but I figured they would learn n do a better job this yr....boy was I wrong smh.
Yeah it was even worse than last year. I still remember watching the Vance vs West Meck game last year and saying to myself how are those kids functioning in that heat. We were in the shade on the home side and it was barely bearable.
ACL + MCL =SOL (It’s sad to see kids get hurt after putting in so much work in the off season)
If they are non-contact then they are pretty preventable. It's usually an imbalance in either your hamstrings or your quads...or an over training of one leaving the other weak.
Contact knee injuries you cannot prevent, you hit a knee/leg a weird way and it happens.

Knee injuries are a part of the game just like head injuries. It's a violent game. If you don't like it go play chess.
Chess can be dangerous if a little guy calls a big monster a cheater and the big guy picks up the little guy and throws him into table....video I watched lol
