exactly, that was my point too many people think they can do the job better than the people who make a living doing it. Just my take on it. It might take 5-10 yrs before all the things that need to happen get done and so many people here just don't have the patience for that.Being a Rutgers fan is definitely not for pussies
I agree but when it comes to Julie it's more than that. A reasonable person would say it would take time for any AD to turn this thing around. For whatever reason, Julie doesn't get that time...she hasn't done it in two years so some believe she's got to go. That's not fair to her or the program
