Big big win. Nicely done.

Absolutely. This is a brutal early SEC schedule, but two 20+ point losses, even to great teams, felt like last season might be coming back. They really needed this one, and they battled for it to the end.

Great win vs an undoubtedly good team who just beat Tennessee on their home court and played Vic and Texas kinda close, considering Texas typical 50 point win.

They looked terrible in the first 2 games. To the point I thought it was over for the season. I knew they had the talent to compete (not top 15 but close). Glad they figured it out tonight. Hopefully Sam can keep them playing fabulously.

You told me they went 1-2 in their first 3 SEC games, I would be pleased. I would have also thought their best shot to win was vs Oklahoma.
No way I thought they could win 2 and not even dream all three.
This team can play but they aren’t that level. Tourney team most likely and maybe get a win or so but that’s just my thoughts.

Great win but they run zero offense. He seems to be a good recruiter, but he lacks on the X’s and O’s right now.

If you want to watch some of the Bart called replay, here it is...

Couple of observations.

We really played hard the entire game and fought through some tough patches. That's a very good sign to me. Oklahoma won the Big 12 last year, which was obviously a great league with Texas and Baylor. Their coach is top notch (and kinda smokin' too).

Okot is good, with the potential to get a lot better. For a display of athleticism from 6'7" that Big T was never capable of go to about 3:40 of the 1st quarter. She steals and takes it coast to coast with the left hand lay in. Apparently she is leading the country in FG %. And the Beers girl for Oklahoma is one of the better post players nationally. Okot held her own, which was a concern early since she was new. I hope we have more than just one more year of her.
