Lake Norman opened the game with a 9 and a half minute drive to go up 7-0, they held the lead the entire game. Mooresville did score right before the half to cut the lead to 10-7. Mooresville got the ball to open the second half but had to punt, pinning Lake Norman inside their own five. But a 96 yd sprint by Cole Jackson stunned the Blue Devils and they never seemed to recover. Another score by The Lake made it 24-7 and it was clearly evident to everyone who the better team was on this night. Mooresville heads to N Iredell next Friday to close out regular season play.
