This is the year for Lancaster to bring the championship back to the northern neck key players are returning there athletic and fast but first got to get out of the conference 43 I think all the teams are kinda good

Yes that's correct. Some districts may have a tournament but it doesn't impact playoffs. Region A will take the top 12 and will have a loaded bracket - Lancaster, Essex, Surry, Franklin, Northumberland, etc.
