Cal was a huge fan of Ware. Would play him all the time. Never could understand why Cal played him so much. Energy? Yes. Skills? Limited. Surprised Cal let him transfer.

Lance could handle the ball up top and was a key part of the very offensive weave offense

Had roughly the same stats all 4 years so far. Never thought he'd be great but figured he could be a 8/6 kinda guy by senior year, a bit surprised.

Yeah but sometimes they develop right into that Sheeeray Thomas, Bobby Perry, Ramon Harris type of player which is fine at other programs but at UK those guys played way to many mins for us to be successful. They would never see the floor or get a fair chance with Cal as coach.
Um, those guys shouldn't play at UK

I mean look at Bradshaw. I have to wonder if Cal and crew even watch these players play and just go off the star rating.
I watched Bradshaw play in the McDonald's All American game and he showed out. 18 points 8 rebounds.. He took the ball the length of the court like a guard. I thought he was going to be really good. He showed glimpses like at Florida where we wouldn't have won without him. Bradshaw just needs to hit the weight room hard this off season and get stronger. Would love to see him come back.

I can't believe he got as much clock here as he did. Seemed likable enough though.

It really should tell people something but it doesn’t. Calipari wants what he wants or we’re not winning anything. It’s clear as day what the guy has been doing, and why he’s been vocal toward the money he wants for the program, the fighting with football for money, followed by lackluster seasons and recruits. It’s who the guy is but we just don’t seem to get it when it’s directly in front of our face.

NBA would be so smart to make it a 2 year rule in college... unfortunately I think it's more likely they return to the 18 age limit than 20.
Agreed but I would even argue to go to 21 like the NFL does but I would settle for 20. You are correct though, not happening. I could see age 16 before age 20 or 21. I know the league is doing well and has the following they need but they have lost mine completely and not sure will ever gain it back. Have no interest in what they call basketball these days.

Its not just the NBA that hasn't changed eligibility rules, its the Players Assoc. You can bet if one side wants something, the other side will oppose it. If for no other reason than to seek leverage for something else they want.

And the NBA and its Players Assoc. don't give a damn about the NCAA. They are only interested in protecting their wallets, as most businesses are.

Maybe we'll see some guys start to stay in school for NIL money. I'm sure they'll be a few. But the kids that just want the fastest route to the NBA are still leaving one-and-done, because they can.
