I am struggling to recall the last time we stormed the field. I don’t remember any under Mullen, so assuming there was one under Sherrill or man maybe one of Croom’s weird wins.

The one I remember was when we beat Alabama - can't remember if it was Saban or the guy before him. Croom was coaching. There was a guy a couple rows behind us who was drunk as a skunk, kept complaining about having a headache, but said he was going to get one of the streamers off the goal post. And he did.
Normally I wouldn’t advocate for storming after this win on paper. But the students deserved it.
This was more of a release of pent up euphoria that has been lacking for a while. My son is a student, and I've never seen him this into a game or win since Auburn in 14. Glad for all of them!

Last time I stormed the field was ‘96 Bama. I cut a piece of the field that to this day sits in a cigar box with the ticket stub.

I don’t know if they would have stormed the field had the field crew not taken down the goal post. It was open invitation for students to storm.
Well the students and me. Pretty sure I was the oldest on the field. I definitely deserved it
