A 2-0 record this week (home game against a top 10 team and road game against a bubble team) would be huge. I think we can climb as high as a 5 seed with a strong finish to the season. Maybe even a 4 if we make the final of the SEC Tournament. It all starts tonight. We need to win a big home game. This is our last chance to knock off a top 10 team at home.

Is the bubble just terrible this year? Because Lunardi having Oklahoma in with a 3-9 SEC record and a NET in the 50’s seems crazy.

The bubble has a very distinct flavor of teams we’ve already seen (Vandy, Georgia, SMU) and teams we will soon see (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas)

I hope all those teams make it in

I think it is just the strength of the SEC this year. Oklahoma has nonconference wins over Arizona, Louisville and Michigan, which built them a lot of credit. However, that credit is about to run out. The home loss to LSU was brutal. They play at Florida tonight, and will probably get blown out. Then we have a chance to end their tournament hopes for good on Saturday.

Towards the end of non conference play when it was an apparent how strong the SEC was there a lot of the bracket guys showing that SEC teams with FOUR conference wins could get into the tournament.

If we are 11-7 in the SEC - I think we will be a 4 seed. Tonight has to be a W for that to happen though.

I know they are good and extremely well coached but for some reason I think we get the dubya tonight. Course, I thought the confederates were going to beat us too so there's that.

Odd as it would be, there is a decent scenario that we have a 5 way tie for 4th at 11-7. Great chance there will be a tie with someone if A&M starts losing. I haven't looked who would get double bye in a 5 way tie. Be fun to see, now you have a rooting guide.

A&M 4 L to MSU, Tenn, AU, FL
Mizz 3 L to AL, Ark, Vandy, or UK
Tenn 2 L to AL, @ Ole Miss
Kent 1 L to AL or Aub
MSU 1 L to @ AL
