1. Coaching, X and Os. Don't think you will find many that will argue that he has a clue in this department. Good friend of mines dad coached bball in Miss HS for 32 years says he is by far clueless in offensive basketball. Giving up a huge run to the opponent is almost guaranteed every game
2.Player Development-Name a player who has gotten better under Stans- Ravern, no, Vernado, no, Kodi, all had the same flaws as seniors they did as freshman.
3. Structure Discipline- Vernado saying in an interview he had never lifted weights, the Sidney conditioning nightmare. Stans had a year and a half to get this guy in shape and it is 100% his responsibility. And when he doesnt get in shape and starts day 1, what does that tell other players. Having players openly disrespect you in tweets and comments shows they have no fear or respect.
4.The competition-I beleive only one SEC west team has made it past the sweet 16 in the last decade. Stans has won some games but ones that mattered, he has\been unsuccessful. With all these "wins" and all this recruiting, where all the quality wins against good programs. And for those who disagree, you have a guy who has won all these sec west divisions etc, why has no school ever come after him. I doubt Clemson really did. Why have assistants been offered anything other than High School jobs.

Been an okay run but I want a Coach who brings excitement, his kids play hard all the time and wants to do big things not just enough not to get fired.

D.Zimmerman, T.Bowers, D.Bost, Winsome Fraizer, Jarvis Varnardo, just to name a few. But, I realize that here we are not supposedto see anything positive regardings Stans.....it's not the "in" thing to do. However, he's not going anywhere. Either get used to it or find another BB team to follow.</p>

one big man freshman in the country who had a redshirt yearto be ready, a three year starter at point in Bost, two srs in Ravern and Augustus and we barely might get an NIT.
I am used to us slugging through a below average division and if we do make a tournament, getting hammered. You mentioned Vernado, good example. Skinny shot blocker with no offensive moves when he got here. Skinny shot blocker with no offensive moves when he left. Qutoed in an interview saying he didnt lift weights. Why
Look at the RPI oppponets we have lost to and tell me he can coach.
