With this Oline and injuries I don't see much Lebby can do. Shapen is ok but is limited to being able to escape trouble and his decision makings is pretty slow.

I’m not a fan and never have been. But he’s done a pretty good job of coaching & getting team ready to play this season. We were just completely outmanned on the road last night. Which falls on Lebbys biggest weakness, recruiting. I’ve said since the January transfer portal that our OL recruiting was abysmal. It caught up to us last night. I don’t know if Lebby will be able to get this thing fixed or not. But I hope he can. Cause he’s gonna be here next year either way.

Last night was a clinic on the importance of a good offensive line. We have good RBs, QBs and WRs. All can be neutralized by a weak OL. I don't blame defense, Shapen, WRs or RBs for this loss. Once TAM realized we could only run because their DL was disrupting Shapen they concentrated on shutting down our running game. It is easy to beat a one dimensional team. With last night's OL I don't see us winning an SEC game.

There's lots of things he can do. We actually did some of these things on our one sustained drive, and then went away from them.

Meaning, if you have the right QB1, you ride him sink or swim.

IMHO, Lebby’s biggest swing and miss so far is his QB portal pick. Poor QB play last night not only hung the defense out to dry, but it apparently landed the RB1 on the shelf.

My biggest issue last night was our next drive after the fg. Their defense was tired and Fluff/Booth had just run all over them. We come out and try to throw then hand it off to Ricky Johnson for some reason.

There's lots of things he can do. We actually did some of these things on our one sustained drive, and then went away from them.

Yeah, Lebby has a problem just keeping things simple and staying with what’s working, even if that is just handing the ball off.

There are also play design problems when it comes to getting the ball out of the QBs hand quickly, which we really need to do. There was one play last night where Shapen’s hot route was the RB in the flat. Shapen had to wait for his hot route to get 10 yards away from him and damn near got sacked. We need to pretty much always have a hot route sitting in the middle of the field
